CFN works with clients to define clear objectives, identify near- and long-term opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape when engaging with the Government of Canada. We support the development of strategic business plans, including partner selection, resource alignment, and investment planning for success in the defence and security market.
Contract Management
CFN supports clients through post-award contract implementation, helping manage relationships, communications, subcontracting strategies, and risk. We also assist with contingency planning and dispute resolution to ensure successful contract execution.
Competitive Bid Proposals
CFN supports clients throughout the competitive bid process—identifying opportunities and competitors, facilitating effective teaming arrangements, assessing proposed solutions, and strengthening bids through red-team reviews. We also help develop ITB strategies and proposal communications aligned with government requirements.
