Sandy Schwab

Colonel (retd) Alexander (Sandy) Schwab OMM, CD served in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as an Army Signal Officer for over 38 years. At the time of his retirement from the Canadian Army, Sandy was the Director of Joint and Combined Communications and Information Systems (JC2IS) Force Design within the Information Management Group, responsible for designing integrated, digitized systems capable of operating in a contested cyber domain.

Over the course of his career, Sandy gathered significant experience in the design and management of classified networks and the implementation of enterprise-level interoperability solutions with our closest Allies. He has been instrumental in advancing information exchange between the CAF and US DOD, FVEY partners and NATO.

At CFN, Sandy will support our clients with his significant expertise and understanding into current C4ISR integration challenges. This insight is directly relevant to the challenges currently confronting government and industry.
