Brigadier General (Retd) John Turnbull served in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Army Signals Officer for over 36 years, followed by 5 years as a public servant in the IT security business line at the Communications Security Establishment (CSE). At the time of his retirement from CSE, John was the Director General Cyber Protection, responsible for Cyber Assurance Standards and Policies for the Government of Canada.
Over the course of his career, John gained significant experience in all phases of defence procurement as a project manager of multiple major crown capital acquisition projects in the Land C4ISR Program. He brings our clients significant expertise and understanding into current C4ISR and IT security issues. This insight is directly relevant to the challenges currently confronting government and industry.
